Our Subscription Lapse Policy

When your subscription ends without renewal, all signals stop immediately. There is no automatic charge, no forced position liquidation, no trading halt, and no emergency support for inactive accounts. Your data is retained for 90 days (Individual) or 180 days (Institutional) to enable seamless reactivation. You will receive reminder emails at 7 days and 1 day before expiry.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing? +
Yes. You can switch to annual billing at any time. The annual rate will apply at your next renewal date. Switching from annual back to monthly takes effect at the end of your current annual period.
What happens if I cancel? +
Cancelling stops your subscription at the end of the current billing period. All signals cease immediately on lapse. There is no automatic charge. Your data is retained for 90 days (Individual) or 180 days (Institutional) so you can reactivate without losing history.
Is there a minimum capital requirement? +
No. Nucore has no minimum capital requirement. The algorithm works with any account size. Your brokerage may have its own minimums, but Nucore itself does not.
Do I need coding knowledge? +
No coding is required. Nucore is a fully managed platform. Signals are delivered automatically to your connected brokerage account. You simply review performance through the dashboard.
What is the difference between Individual and Institutional? +
The Individual plan is designed for single-account investors. The Institutional plan adds multi-account management, dedicated support, custom screening thresholds, API access, institutional reporting, and a longer data retention window. Both plans use the same underlying AAOIFI-aligned algorithm.
How does the 6-month money-back guarantee work? +
If you can demonstrate that you did not make any money using the Nucore algorithm during your subscription period, we will refund your Nucore subscription fees for up to 6 months.
